Το θέμα: Ο πολύπαθος Ερασίνος και ο αργός θάνατός του, στον οποίο έχουν στοιχηματίσει το υπουργείο Υποδομών (υπουργός Κώστας Καραμανλής), ο υπουργός Περιβάλλοντος Κωστας Σκρέκας, ο δήμος Μαρκοπούλου και άλλοι πολλοί, ων ουκ έστι αριθμός …

Dear Sir,

We refer to our e-mail of 14 December 2021 by which we sent you our Initial Assessment Report and we informed you that the EIB-Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) was proceeding to the investigation phase of your complaint concerning the “Flood Protection Measures” project.

Due to the current workload of the EIB-CM, we regret to inform you that we are not able to provide you with our Conclusions Report by the expected date.

As you are aware, the case handlers from the EIB-CM met you and some of your colleagues during a visit to Athens in May and also met with the promoter, the representatives of the Ministry of Environment and the developer in order to gather additional information regarding the case. We are in the process of drafting the Conclusions Report.

We apologise for the delay and assure you that we will do our best to provide you with our reply within the shortest time possible taking also into account the summer break.
