Dear Dr. Sotiriou, 

With this we would like to inform you that the EIB-CM is planning a visit to the project site and to meet with key stakeholders (developer, the ministry of environment and other key authorities). Unfortunately our visit will be very short from Wednesday evening 18 to Friday afternoon 20 May.

We would like to invite you to a meeting on Wednesday 18 May in our hotel (from 19:00 till 22:00) at the following address: The Modernist Athens, Ioanni Gennadiou 4, Athens 10676 (meeting room can accommodate up to 10 people).

Given that our time is limited, we cannot meet with each of our 3 complainants separately. So I hope you do not mind that we would have a joint meeting with all our complainants.

Could you pls let us know if you can come to the meeting.

We will use the findings of our mission when drafting our conclusions report. If we need any further clarification from you e.g. regarding photos we would take from the location of the Erasinos, we will set up a follow-up call with you.

Ειδοποιήσαμε ότι θα λάβουμε μέρος ευχαρίστως.

Ενημερώσαμε και την ΕΛΛΕΤ και θα κάνουμε σχετική πρόταση για τη συμμετοχή της στην προγραμματιζόμενη συνάντηση εργασίας. Προτείνεται η συμμετοχή της κα Μάρως Ευαγγελίδου και αν χρειαστεί μπορεί να παραστεί και η κα Καρρά.

Θα επανέλθουμε με νεότερα μόλις αυτά υπάρξουν.
